Return Policy
At NYLEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nylenstockholm.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange authorization. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.
